Jason Clutter – Chairman

Jason Clutter - Chairman

Jason and his wife Carol reside in Fly. Jason has been on the Board of Supervisors since 2014. He also currently holds a seat on the Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts Board of Directors. Jason currently operates a 45 head cow/calf operation with his father in Jackson township. Some conservation practices that Jason and his farm participate in are rotational grazing, spring development, cover crops, contour strips, and heavy use pads.


Michael Christman – Vice Chairman

Michael and his wife Crystal reside in Antioch with their son Noah. Michael has served on the Board of Supervisors since 2018. Michael’s family farm was originally a dairy operation until 2011. The farm was then converted to a cow/calf operation with currently 50 pairs. Over the past few years, the farm has implemented spring developments, installed a mile of pressurized waterline, implemented rotational grazing practices, heavy use pads, completes timber stand improvement work, and the family has recently planted American Chestnut trees.


John Williams – Fiscal Agent

John Williams - Secretary

John and his wife Connie reside outside of Woodsfield with their daughter Cheyenne. John currently operates his family’s 400 acre beef operation with approximately 30 cow/calf pairs. He is the 3rd generation to maintain the family farm. John currently implements spring developments, rotational grazing, feeding pads, and manure stock piling.


Duane Landefeld – Secretary

Duane operates Landefeld Family Farm near Miltonsburg with his wife Barbara and Sister-in-law Joyce. The farm owns about 480 acres and an additional 100 rented acres with crops consisting of corn, double-crop wheat, alfalfa, hay & pasture. They raise 50 replacement dairy heifers for Next Generation Dairy in Laings, feeding out about 80 steers per year and housing far off dry cows. Conservation practices include spring developments, contour strips, conservation tillage, no-till corn, cover crops & animal waste storage facility. Off the farm activities include being an Elder at Woodsfield Church of Christ where he helps with youth ministry as well as teaching & involvement with the prison ministry in Moundsville. Duane & Barb have 2 daughters Lindsey (Jesse) Stalder of Ozark and Lesley (Jason) Workman of Laings.


Keith Jones – Public Relations Officer

Keith Jones - Public Relations Officer

Keith and his wife Tina reside outside of Woodsfield. Keith has served on the Board of Supervisors since 2021. He is an avid wildlife advocate, trapper and serves as the President of the Ohio State trappers Association. He also serves on the board for Broken Timber Outdoor Education Center. Keith is passionate about the education of our youth in wildlife and the outdoors.
